“Its not an easy challenge to transform the way in which a business thinks about its relationships with its service providers and its internal procurement processes at the same time, but Caroline took on that challenge. If I had wanted someone to drive a “normal “ process, Caroline would have been over qualified (but I am sure she could have done it).
